A space to return to yourself
My work is about creating calm, supportive spaces where people can reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and their natural inner balance.
For over a decade I’ve guided people through yoga, breathwork, sound healing and deeply restorative practices designed to regulate the nervous system and gently support wellbeing.
My approach is slow, grounded and compassionate. Each session is an invitation to soften, listen inwardly, and return to the quiet place within where clarity and ease naturally arise.
My philosophy
Yoga has taught me that happiness cannot be found outside of ourselves.
Lasting contentment emerges when we learn to pause, listen and reconnect with who we truly are beneath the noise of everyday life.
Life will always bring change and challenge, but when we cultivate awareness and compassion for ourselves, those experiences can become teachers rather than obstacles.
My intention in every class, retreat and session is simple:
to guide people back home to themselves, and to honour what they discover there.
My path
My own journey into yoga began in 2011 when I discovered Kundalini Yoga through a series of unexpected synchronicities.
From the very first class I felt something shift. The practice awakened a deep sense of aliveness in my body and gradually began to transform my relationship with myself.
Over time, the constant striving and self-criticism that had shaped much of my earlier life began to soften. Through daily practice I experienced how powerful breath, movement and awareness can be in releasing old patterns and restoring balance.
That experience inspired me to share these practices with others.
Experience
Since qualifying in 2012 my work has evolved into a steady and grounded practice of holding space for others through group yoga classes,1:1 sessions, retreats and workshops.
I’ve collaborated with a number of organisations including:
Torquay International School
— Premium English & Wellbeing
Ebb Flow & Grow — Entrepreneurial Retreats
Scartlett Entertainment - Workplace Wellbeing
Torbay Council (TDA) - Workplace Wellbeing
Rowcroft Hospice - Patient Complementary Therapy
Paignton Memory Café - Community to support dementia and their carers
VI Connect Café - Community to support the visually impaired and their carers
Sacred Heart RC Primary School - Workplace Wellbeing
Having been impacted for many years with long covid and chronic fatigue, my teaching has naturally deepened and softened. My sessions now weave together gentle Kundalini-inspired yoga, somatic movement, breathwork and sound healing — all designed to support the nervous system and respect the changing needs of the body.
