Monthly Countryside Retreats
Sunday afternoons in the village of Collaton St Mary
Escape to the tranquillity of the Devon countryside and sink into an afternoon of deep rest, gentle reconnection, and renewal.
Set in a stunning location with breathtaking views, our monthly retreats offer a nourishing pause from the pace of everyday life — a space where your nervous system can settle, your body can restore, and your mind can find peace.
Each month we explore a different theme, drawing from a rich blend of practices including kundalini-inspired yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and mantra. Together, these practices help release tension and guide you into a deeper awareness of your body and inner landscape.
The afternoon melts into a deeply restful yoga nidra, where you’ll be held in waves of soothing sound, allowing the body to unwind, the mind to soften, and the heart to open.
Whether you’re experienced or completely new to these practices, you’ll be warmly welcomed into a supportive and nurturing space.
We look forward to welcoming you.

Voices in Harmony
The Power of Sacred Sound
Sunday 17th May from 1-4pm
For centuries, Indigenous cultures around the world have used chanting and sacred sound to preserve ancestral wisdom, deepen connection within the tribe or community, and create harmony between the natural world, and the spiritual realm.
This month’s retreat explores the gentle and powerful practice of mantra, chanting, and sacred sound. Together, we will experience how voice, breath, and rhythm can calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and awaken a profound sense of connection — both within ourselves and with one another.
As our voices harmonise, something beautiful begins to unfold. Breath synchronises, the body softens, and a shared energy emerges that can feel deeply grounding, uplifting, and healing.
During the afternoon we will weave together mantra, gentle movement, meditation, relaxation, and nourishing rest — all held within a peaceful countryside location.
No singing experience is needed. This is not about performance or perfection, but an invitation through sacred sound to remember who we are, where we belong, and our connection to each other and the Earth.
