Welcome to Yoga Loveliness
Yoga is so much more than just exercise as it changes how you feel about yourself and increases overall happiness in all aspects of your life.
Since qualifying in 2012, I've been teaching a fusion of Kundalini Yoga with Mindfulness, comprising movement, breath, mantra and meditation.
