Breathe Day Retreat
Sunday 12th June 2-5pm
Every other month we retreat from the outer world and dive deeper into yoga, sound healing and mediation practices, allowing us to let go of the worries and concerns of every day life and return home to ourselves.
In June's retreat we're going to be exploring different breath techniques to relieve stress and anxiety and strengthen the heart, lungs and immunity.
Breath can prepare the body for everything that it needs from physical challenges to deep relaxation.
Breath calms the mind and brings us back to our tranquil inner space.
Breath is the most powerful tool we have at our disposal to transform an overwhelming emotional state, to one that is calm and manageable.

Yoga mat and firm cushion or block for seated postures
Layers of clothing to accommodate changes in body temperate
Your favourite notebook and pen
Lots of blankets and pillows for Yoga Nidra
