A day retreat is three hours of yoga, sound healing and mediation practices, allowing you to let go of the outer world and rediscover the beauty and stillness that lies within you.
In June's retreat we're going to be exploring different breath techniques to enhance the physical body, pacify the racing mind and to soothe overwhelming emotions.
Breath can prepare the body for everything that it needs from physical challenges to deep relaxation.
