Sunday Afternoon Retreats
Collaton St Mary, Paignton
Escape to the tranquillity of the countryside and sink into an afternoon of deep rest, gentle reconnection, and quiet transformation.
Set in a peaceful location with breathtaking views, our monthly retreats offer a nourishing pause from the pace of everyday life — a space where your nervous system can settle, your body can restore, and your mind can find stillness.
Each month carries a different theme, where we explore a rich blend of practices including kundalini-inspired yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and mantra. Together, these practices help release tension and guide you into a deeper awareness of your body and inner landscape.
The afternoon melts into a deeply restful yoga nidra, where you’ll be held in waves of soothing sound, allowing your body to unwind, your mind to soften, and your heart to open.
Whether you’re experienced or a complete beginner, you’ll be held in a warm and supportive space.
I look forward to welcoming you.

Radical Compassion
A Mindful Journey Home
Sunday 19th April from 1-4pm
Collaton St Mary Parish Rooms
Let us gently tend to the quiet seeds within—those parts of us that long to be seen, softened, and welcomed home.
In April's retreat, we gather in a space of warmth and presence, where nothing needs to be fixed and no part of you is too much or not enough.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to meet ourselves with compassion rather than pressure… to listen instead of override… to allow, rather than force.
Through mindfulness, somatic movement, and moments of stillness, you’ll be guided into a deeper relationship with yourself, rooted in kindness.
This is a practice of coming home to yourself—gently, honestly, and in a way that feels deeply supportive.
